For normal hair care:
Shampoo, towel dry, apply Restor® Hair Treatment, saturating
hair thoroughly. Style hair. (Do not rinse out) If hair

Use before or after bleach, tint, permanent or
relaxer:
Apply Restor® Hair Treatment as you would for normal hair
care outlined above, fluff dry under tepid dryer and proceed
